What delivery options do you offer?

Bathroom Hut offers two different delivery options for orders made via our website:

•    Standard delivery (5-10 working days) costs just £29.95 incl. VAT for bulky items and £9.95 inc VAT for small items such as taps
•    Express Delivery (2-3 working days) is £40 inc VAT for large items and £14.95 inc VAT for small items such as taps

What are the delivery times for direct from supplier items?

If the items are in stock with the supplier then the time is usually 3-5 working days. If the delivery time is critical please call us and we can check with the suppliers to get a more specific delivery window.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately Bathroom Hut can only deliver to mainland UK. For deliveries overseas (including deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and other territories of the UK that can only be reached by crossing the sea) we can organise delivery to a freight forwarder at any major port on the mainland. From that point, safe delivery of the item is the responsibility of the customer.

When will I know the date of my delivery?

On ordering you will be asked to select the preferred delivery option for your items (as listed above). When the order is scheduled to leave the warehouse you will receive a despatch email. Prior to your actual delivery our logistics department will call you to arrange a date that is suitable for you. The number for the logistics department in charge of your delivery should be included in your despatch email.

Returns policy

There are two groups of products supplied by Bathroom Hut:

•    Catalogue products – all products in the Company’s catalogue.
•    Non-catalogue products – products that are not included in the current Company catalogues. Non-catalogue products cannot be cancelled or returned and will be charged for in full.

Catalogue products are cancellable and exchangeable prior to delivery, and exchangeable but not cancellable after delivery if the item is still in its original packaging. Once the packaging has been opened, the item is neither cancellable nor exchangeable.

Exchanges can be made within a period of 28 days when agreed with the showroom manager for goods of the same or higher value. Any order placed at a trade / retail exhibition will be subject to a cancellation charge to the costs of cancellation incurred by the company.
