Making A Purchase
It could not be easier!
Just browse our online store, select any items you wish to buy from the dropdown boxes or radio button choices, and add to the shopping basket by clicking on the red 'Buy Now' button.
This will automatically add this item to your basket with a quantity of 1.
To view items in your basket, change quantities or remove unwanted items, click on the 'View Basket' button located at the top of the webpage.
Once you have made your choice(s), click on the 'Checkout' button where you will be asked to input your personal details.
On completing your details you will be re-directed to a secure payments page, powered by SECPay, to input your payment details.
Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive an email receipt/confirmation from Bathroom Hut for your order.
You will also receive an email from SECPay confirming your payment transaction has been authorised.
Your order will then be processed.
Should any goods be out of stock, you will be emailed with an estimated restock date.
We will send you an email when your goods are despatched advising estimated delivery date and details.
All orders are despatched within 24-48hrs
(subject to stock)
and delivered by Courier. A signature WILL be required on receipt.

We accept most major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Switch/Maestro payments.

All payment transactions to Bathroom Hut are authorised and accepted through the SECPay secure payment service provider.

Acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the goods ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on delivery of goods to you.
Pricing
All prices are as shown on the website, and are inclusive of VAT.
Prices may be subject to change without notice. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are as accurate as possible, errors can and may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you chose to cancel because of this situation, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Schedule

You will sent by email a shipping confirmation once your order has been despatched advising delivery details.
Delivery of goods is by Courier usually next day or within 48-72 hrs after date of despatch.

Goods are despatched directly from our distribution warehouse.
A signature WILL be required on delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods as requests will not be met to leave goods elsewhere or unsigned. (i.e: in garage/porch/alleyway/call at neighbours, etc.)
You have the option when ordering to advise of an alternative delivery address if preferable. For security reasons we are unable to amend/change any delivery details to those submitted on ordering.

Deliveries are by Courier, Mondays to Fridays between 08:00am and 18:00pm and
exclude
weekends and public holidays.
We aim to deliver within the time parameters outlined, however, due to the working nature of Courier Companies, we cannot guarantee specific times, and accept no liability for any circumstances which may arise with the Couriers outside our control.
Should you not be available when Couriers deliver, a calling card will usually be left with details for the local depot, for you to contact them directly to re-arrange suitable delivery.
Please Note:
In this instance it is your responsibility to do this.
In the event of several failed delivery attemps, goods will be returned to our warehouse and any further re-delivery will be chargeable at £23.00 (inc.VAT) for costs incurred, payable prior to re-despatch.
We reserve the right not to re-despatch goods, and to cancel the order should we see fit, upon which the £23.00 (inc.VAT) charge for carriage costs incurred, will be deductable from any refund due.

Back Orders
Due to constant changing stock levels and the availabilty of goods, delivery times can and may vary.
If for any reason your goods are out of stock you will be notified by email, and the goods will be place on back order. You will always be advised an estimated time when the good(s) will be back in stock, or you have the option to cancel your order should you prefer not to wait.
You will be sent an email when your goods are back into stock and available for despatch, which will advise estimated delivery date(s).
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already added.
Credit Card Security
Shopping using a credit/debit card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone, however, for many people putting card details into a website is still uncomfortable, as we are not always sure what is happening to the information we are submitting or where it is going.
When you shop online with Bathroom Hut, who use SECPay secure payment service provider, you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transportation over the Internet, so no one can read your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your payment and purchase.

Guarantee

All products come with a new Manufacturers Guarantee against defective workmanship/faults, which is supplied with the goods and becomes effective on purchase/receipt. Should you require further information on the guarantee/warranty of any product, please contact the relevant Manufacturer directly, either from details listed on paperwork/guarantee, or via our

links page.
Should it be required to fill out and send off any guarantee slip received, or to validate your guarantee with the relevant Manufacturer, we reccommend you do this as soon as possible on receipt of your goods. We cannot accept responsibility for any problems occuring with goods, should your guarantee be nul and void due to installation errors, damaged after receipt, or failure to register your product guarantee/warranty, should it be required.
You have seven working days cancellation period from the date of delivery receipt.
If the goods are in a re-salable condition, undamaged, unused and unfitted, with undamaged/torn retail boxes/packaging (i.e: product box/package is not damaged/torn/defaced etc.), then we will be happy for these goods to be returned. Returned goods may be subject to a restocking fee, advised to you at the time.
A courier collection service charge of £23.00 (inc.VAT) also applies in addition to any restocking fees, for the service costs of collection and return to our warehouses.
All goods for return must be received back at our Distribution Warehouses within the returns period advised to you on authorisation and must be available for collection within this time period, or within the 7day cancellation period from date of delivery receipt where goods are simply no longer required.
An administration charge of £10.00 (minimum) applies to all orders cancelled prior to despatch of goods.

Returns Policy
Please read the following Returns/Cancellation Procedure carefully.
ALL goods for return,
(unless advised as damaged/incomplete),
MUST be in a re-saleable condition with product and product boxes undamaged and untorn.
1. Goods MUST be unfitted and unused, with all parts, components, product paperwork, instructions etc. enclosed.
2. Goods must be re-packed into their product boxes and securely repackaged into an outer box or packaging to
protect the goods within.
3. We cannot accept return of any goods once they are fitted or have attempted to be fitted.
Failiure to comply with the above requirements may result in additional charges.
Damaged, Short Delivered or Incorrect Goods:-
You MUST

Should it be required, replacement goods may be despatched and original goods collected.
We reserve the right to collect damaged or incorrect goods for inspection, prior to despatching any replacement.

If you have ordered inappropriate items which have no fault/damage but you simply wish to return them, in most cases*, we can accept them back into stock.
A restock/cancellation charge will normally apply,
which will be advised to you at the time.
A collection service charge of £23.00 (inc.VAT) for carriage costs is applicable on all returns in this instance, and is in addition to any restock or cancellation fees advised. This fee will be deductable from any refund due.

Order Cancellation Prior to Despatch:-
An administration charge of £10.00 (inc.VAT) minimum will apply. Please contact us first to check whether your goods have been despatched and their status, as it is not always simple to retrieve goods once they are being processed through the Couriers depots and in transit for delivery, and can incur charges.
Once goods have been despatched, should you wish to cancel or return your order please refer to the Returns Policy listed above and contact us, as charges may apply.
N.B:
Despatch of goods may take place at any time from the moment an order is received and processed.
Returns Processing Procedure:-
On receipt of a valid Return request, we will advise you of any charges applicable and arrange a suitable collection date. We will then book the collection and email you with full details, a Returns Authorisation Number, Return Label, and any necessary instructions.
Whilst we do all to accommodate requests, agreement of any such requests shall remain at our discretion. Any goods returned without our given Returns Authorisation Number will NOT be processed/accepted.
Should you require collection from an alternative address, this MUST be stated at the time, and BEFORE any collection is arranged, otherwise goods will automatically be processed for collection from the original delivery address. Once booked collection details cannot be amended.
All goods for return must be received back at our Distribution Warehouses within 21 working days of delivery receipt, and must be available for collection within this time period.
Please allow up to 7 working days for processing returns and arranging collection.
Collection of Goods:-
Collections are made by Courier Mondays - Fridays 09:00am-18:00pm.
PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE AT THE COLLECTION ADDRESS ON THE DATE SPECIFIED, AS FAILEDand ABORTED COLLECTIONS ARE CHARGEABLE.
Should goods be unavailable or if no one is present when the Couriers call, this will result in our aborting the collection.
**Failed and abortive collections incur a charge of £23.00 (inc.VAT) for each attempt in Mainland England/Wales areas. (for charges in other destinations, please contact us for details)
N.B:
We require 24hrs notice
for cancellation of any collections booked, in order to avoid charges being incurred & passed on to you. We cannot make changes or amendments to collection details once they have been arranged and booked.
Refunds:-
Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, taking into account any fees/charges incurred, and subject to confirmation by Bathroom Hut, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt, and are credited back to the account used for original payment. Refunds do not include any delivery, collection, restock or cancellation charges.
Should we find upon return and inspection, that any item(s) are missing or damaged without notification, have been fitted or have attempted to be fitted, or are not in re-saleable condition where applicable, this will render the return void. Goods will then be sent back to you, and no refund will be given.
(any additional charges for the couriers fees in this instance, will also be invoiced to you.)

Any goods returned to us without our given returns authorisation number will NOT be processed/accepted. All goods must be returned to our central distribution warehouse, therefore, please DO NOT send any goods back to our registered office address shown on the website.
We cannot accept any return requests, or notification of incorrect, damaged or missing items on delivery, should they be made outside of the specified timeframes.
