| | Bathroom Hut Returns/Cancellation Details | Please read the following information carefully.
Goods for return, must be in re-saleable condition with product and retail product boxes undamaged and untorn.
1. Goods MUST be unfitted and unused, with all parts, components, product paperwork, instructions and guarantees enclosed. 2. Goods must be re-packed into their undamaged retail product boxes and securely repackaged into an outer box or packaging to protect the goods within. 3. We cannot accept return of any goods once they are fitted or have attempted to be fitted. Failiure to comply with the above requirements may result in additional charges.
- Damaged, Short Delivered or Incorrect Goods:-
You MUST email: within 24hours of delivery receipt, for all cases in this instance. Should it be required, replacement goods may be despatched and original goods collected. We reserve the right to collect damaged or incorrect goods for inspection, prior to despatching any replacement.
- All Other Reasons:-
You MUST email: within 7 days of delivery receipt. If you have ordered inappropriate items which you simply wish to return, in most cases*, we can accept them back into stock.
A restocking charge will normally apply, which will be advised to you at the time. A collection service charge of £23.00 (inc.VAT) for the service of collection and return to us, is applicable on all returns in this instance, and is in addition to any restocking fees advised. This fee will be deductable from any refund due. (charge is for England/Wales areas. Please contact us for collection charges in other destinations.)
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to not accept goods back. *Basins and china/sanitaryware can NOT be returned under these circumstances.
- Order Cancellation Prior to Despatch:-
An administration charge of £10.00 (inc.VAT) minimum will apply. Please contact us first to check whether your goods have been despatched and their status, as it is not always simple to retrieve goods once they are being processed through the Couriers depots and in transit for delivery, and can incur charges. Once goods have been despatched, should you wish to cancel or return your order please refer to the Returns Policy listed above and contact us, as charges may apply. N.B: Despatch of goods may take place at any time from the moment an order is received and processed.
- Returns Processing Procedure:-
On receipt of a valid Return request, we will advise you of any charges applicable and arrange a suitable collection date. We will then book the collection and email you with full details, provide a Returns Authorisation Number, Return Label, and any necessary instructions. Whilst we do all to accommodate requests, agreement of any such requests shall remain at our discretion. Any goods returned without our given Returns Authorisation Number will NOT be processed/accepted.
For security reasons, we can only collect goods from the address to which they were delivered. Once booked collection details cannot be amended.
All goods for return must be received back at our Distribution Warehouses within the returns period advised to you on authorisation and must be available for collection within this time period, or within the 7day cancellation period from date of delivery receipt where goods are simply no longer required.
- Collection of Goods:-
Collections are made by Courier Mondays - Fridays 09:00am-18:00pm.
PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE AT THE COLLECTION ADDRESS ON THE DATE SPECIFIED, AS FAILEDand ABORTED COLLECTIONS ARE CHARGEABLE. Should goods be unavailable or if no one is present when the Couriers call, this will result in our aborting the collection. **Failed and abortive collections incur a charge of £23.00 (inc.VAT) for each attempt in Mainland England/Wales areas. (for charges in other destinations, please contact us for details)
N.B: We require 24hrs notice for cancellation of any collections booked, in order to avoid charges being incurred & passed on to you. We cannot make changes or amendments to collection details once they have been arranged and booked.
- Refunds:-
Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, taking into account any fees/charges incurred, and subject to confirmation by Bathroom Hut, refunds will be processed within 30 days, and are credited back to the account used for original payment. Refunds do not include any delivery charges, service charges for collection/return or restocking fees.
Upon return and inspection of goods, any item(s) found to be missing or damaged without notification, have been fitted or have attempted to be fitted, or are not in re-saleable condition where applicable, this will render the return void. Goods will then be sent back to you, and no refund will be given. (any additional charges for the couriers fees in this instance, will also be invoiced to you.) ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE EMAILED to: 
Any goods returned to us without our given Returns Authorisation Number will NOT be processed/accepted. All goods are returned to our central distribution warehouse, therefore, please DO NOT send any goods back to our registered office address listed on the website.
We cannot accept any return requests, or notification of incorrect, damaged or missing items on delivery, should they be made outside of the specified timeframes.
